Recipes To Help You Celebrate National Fudge Day

Did you know that today is National Fudge Day?

To help you celebrate this tasty holiday, here are a couple recipes you should definitely try!

First, and by far my favorite, my mom’s famous peanut butter fudge. Yes, you read that right, peanut butter in fudge form and yes it is as amazing as it sounds! Here’s how you do it:

What you’ll need:
1 pound of powdered sugar
3/4 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of milk

1. Place powdered sugar in microwave-safe bowl

2. Add peanut butter on top

3. Cut butter into 6-7 pieces and place it on top of the powdered sugar, too

4. Cook on high in the microwave for 3-5 minutes, or until the peanut butter is melted and the butter is bubbling.

5. Spray a 8×8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray

6. Remove the bowl from the microwave and add milk.

7. Stir with a whisk until smooth.

8. Pour into the 8×8 pan and pat it until it’s even.

9. Put in the refrigerator to cool.

10. Cut into cubes and enjoy!

What you’ll need:
1 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of butter

1. Combine sugar and cocoa in a medium sauce pan

2. Add milk and stir until smooth

3. Add butter and cook until boiling

4. Boil 5-8 minutes until soft

5. Pour over your favorite ice cream!
