Right now I’m trying to catch up on “House of Cards” on Netflix. According to Nielsen it will take me 22 hours. I remember about 8 years ago I was sick for a week and watched about 3 seasons of “America’s Next Top Model”. Lol quality programming. I probably binge watch TV everyday. If there’s a show on, chances are I’ll watch it. I’ve heard a lot of people in the past couple of weeks say they are starting “24” from the beginning with the return of it tonight. For the record it would take you 6 days and 2 hours to get caught up. With everything online and things like Netflix, it’s how a lot of people watch a series today. They sit down for a couple of days/weeks and watch an entire season. Nielsen has put out a chart showing how long it would take to “binge-watch” entire shows from start to finish without stopping. For instance if you wanted to catch up on “The Walking Dead”, it would take 1 day and 15 hours. “The Good Wife” would take you 3 days and 7 hours, “Scandal” would take 1 day and 8 hours and “Modern Family” takes 1 day and 19 hours to catch up.
I’m on episode 8 of season 1 of “House of Cards”. I’m halfway through! Check out more shows and the chart here.
