The Greatest Horse Race Call Ever

Since tomorrow is the Kentucky Derby, and Vic and Trish will be hosting the Derby Day Soiree at Cedar Lake Cellars, we present the greatest call of a horse race, ever.

The race is from 2010 from Monmouth Park in Oceanport, New Jersey.

Two of the horses in the race are named “My Wife Knows Everything” and “The Wife Doesn’t Know.”

The two horses came down the stretch running one and two. It’s a horse racing track announcer’s dream or a nightmare, but it makes for a hilarious call by Larry Collmus.

Larry Collmus has since left Monmouth Park in New Jersey and is the current track announcer at Churchill Downs, the site of the Kentucky Derby. So Join Vic and Trish and we’ll listen together as Larry Collmus calls the 140th Run for the Roses.
