I wrote about the demise of Crestwood Plaza (or “The Ultra Mall as many remember it) last year, and highlighted the fact that they had made various remnants of the mall available for purchase via online bidding including,

“The counter from the movie theater, the Athens Cafe menu board sign and–yes, it’s a little creepy– assorted mannequins from some of the various clothing stores.”

Fast forward nearly a year, and forget some mundane fixture from the food court or mannequin… the entire mall can be yours!

Bidding is now open online to purchase  “Crestwood Court”, which in its heyday, was the place to be seen around town for anyone who was anyone between the ages of 12-17.

Feeling nostalgic?  The bidding starts at $1 million.

Oh, is that all?

Be advised, according the real estate company CRBE Group Inc, you will have your work cut out for you.

“A significant re-development of the property will be necessary to meet the substantial demand of the communities that have relied on Crestwood Court for their shopping needs for decades.

I don’t know.  Throw in a Chess King, Camelot Music or Orange Julius, and maybe we can talk.

Remember, The Ultra Mall Had It All!
