Angelina Jolie joined Brad Pitt at the London premiere of Brad’s new film, “World War Z.” It was her first public appearance since her double mastectomy back in February.
She was diagnosed with the BRCA1 gene which predisposed her to cancer. The gene added to the fact that her mother died of breast cancer at age 50, made it an easy decision for the preemptive strike on cancer and having the surgery. She revealed that she had the surgery and the following reconstruction in April, in a New York Times editorial on May 14.
Sunday on the red carpet she signed autographs and took pictures with fans.
The smile on her face just couldn’t have been any bigger.
