These last couple of Tuesday night’s sans Glee has kind of been like having a boyfriend away on vacation. Although you know he is coming home soon, you are borderline obsessive in your amount of desire for him.
Luckily, our boyfriend Glee is back tonight and he’s brought us a present–a day-early stream of Glee: The Music Presents The Warblers‘.
Although Cris Colfer (Kurt) sings on some of the songs like “Blackbird” and “Animal,” since we aren’t really acquainted with any of the other Dalton Warblers, crush-worthy cutie Darren Criss (Blaine) sings the lead on most of the album–something Rachel Berry would very jealous of.
So who are the Warblers and how do they master all those amazing harmonies? Made up of all-male Tufts University a cappella singing group, the Beelzebubs, the Warblers are an actual singing group, not just actors playing the part.
In honor of the album release, Darren Criss will perform live on NBC’s Today Show tomorrow morning and perform live on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, April 22.
Live stream the album today and get it in stores and iTunes on Tuesday, April 19th.
